Excellent service from start to finish. Jack was professional, honest and really easy to deal with. The whole process was straightforward, with great communication throughout and no pressure at any stage.

The car was exactly as described, beautifully presented and clear that a lot of care had gone into preparing it. It's refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely takes pride in the quality of their stock and customer service.

No question or call was too much. Several of my family members have now used JWS Prestige and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jack to anyone looking for a quality car, and a hassle free buying experience.

Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I very rarely deal with other garages as a close friend owns a dealership, but let me tell you, I'll be back. Jack is mega, no messing, no shady sales pitches, just the car, him, and of course the dog! Very knowledgeable and more than accommodating. Answers calls and text no matter the situation, absolute pleasure to deal with. The dealership is littered with absolute gems, at very very good prices. The car was bought and prepped exactly as Jack mentioned too. Brill experience.

Excellent service after being treated poorly by another dealership
After having a very bad experience with Hilton Garage, I had conversations with Jack regarding a car he was selling. He put my mind at ease and kept me updated on my purchase regularly. I collected my car and he had put fuel in to help me get back to Nottingham (an hour and half travel), he has even offered to purchase some floor mats as the car didn't have them at the time of collecting. He was very friendly, professional and organised, both myself and my father were really impressed and my dad will definately look at purchasing from JWS in the future, as will I when the time arrives. I absolutely love my new Audi Q3 and thank you Jack for being patient with me!

On Saturday I took the train up from London to Manchester to purchase a 2016 4 x 4 from JWS Prestige.

I met with Jack who was very professional and immediately felt at ease with him, the car on arrival was clean and very impressive, I felt very well looked after and had a lovely drive back to London in the new car!

Highly Recommended
Fantastic experience from enquiry right the way though to purchasing the vehicle. Clear, honest and friendly guidance while being knowledgeable, helpful and open. Was the exact opposite of a pressure ("hard sell") sales situation - every conversation focused around the car and if I was happy with, rather than forcing anything on me. I couldnt ask for anymore and would highly reccomend Jack and JWS to anyone.
